Lots of ways to get to a “feel good” place

Manifesting all that you wish for STARTS from a place of feeling good.  Here’s a list of ways you can get to that “feel good” state:

  • EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique
  • Talk to your angels and ask them to take away the negative feelings
  • Write down things you are grateful for until you don’t feel bad anymore
  • Put on some happy music
  • Look at pictures that make you feel good
  • Say your affirmations
  • Visualize what you want
  • Meditate
  • Pray
  • Ask your higher self “If I felt happier, stronger, better, what would that be like?”
  • Use the anchors you created in the NLP exercise.
