- EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique
- Talk to your angels and ask them to take away the negative feelings
- Write down things you are grateful for until you don’t feel bad anymore
- Put on some happy music
- Look at pictures that make you feel good
- Say your affirmations
- Visualize what you want
- Meditate
- Pray
- Ask your higher self “If I felt happier, stronger, better, what would that be like?”
- Use the anchors you created in the NLP exercise.
